There are several ways to get out of fishing with unwanteds:

Don't remind them to get their out of state fishing license. The morning of fishing, leave before the shops open and tell them to meet you... than disappear.

Option #2 would be to buy them whiskey the night before.... course that usually ends badly for me too.

I don't know why anyone would want to go fly fishing in Montana anyways. All the big trout dwell in the aqua ducts down in bakersfield!!

well montana is a big place, so im guessing we'll be able to disappear with no problems.

The whiskey thing worked in "A River Runs Through It". Just make sure not to bring suntan lotion.
